These terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by The Garage Coworking Space, operated by Geoffroy Dupuis, located at Chaussée de Louvain 385, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium.
1. Purpose
These T&C apply to all bookings and use of The Garage coworking space, including Day Pass, Weekly Pack, Flex Desk, Private Desk and Private Office plans.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices displayed on garagecoworking.be are in euros, excluding VAT. Belgian VAT of 21% applies. Payment is processed via Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact or SEPA bank transfer through our secure payment platform Stripe.
3. Booking and access
The space is accessible Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm for Day Pass and Weekly Pack, and 24/7 for monthly subscriptions (Flex Desk, Private Desk, Private Office). All bookings are confirmed by email. The first trial day is free with no commitment. Monthly subscriptions start on the subscription date.
4. Duration and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions (Flex Desk, Private Desk, Private Office) have no minimum commitment. They can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. Day Pass and Weekly Pack are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
5. User obligations
Users agree to respect the space rules, use equipment with care, and not disturb other coworkers. Any damage to premises or equipment may be billed to the user.
6. Liability
The Garage provides an equipped workspace (wifi, furniture, kitchen, printer) but cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Users are responsible for their personal effects.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Belgian law, as coworking services begin before the withdrawal period expires with the consumer's agreement, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of the Brussels district have jurisdiction.
