We collect the following data: name, email address, phone number (optional), VAT number (for invoicing), payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by us), and browsing data (via Google Analytics, after consent).
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is used for: managing your account and bookings, invoicing and payment tracking, communication about our services, and improving our website (anonymized analytics).
3. Legal basis
Data processing is based on: contract performance (booking, invoicing), your consent (newsletter, analytics), and our legitimate interest (service improvement).

Your data may be shared with: Stripe (secure payments), our web host (Vercel), and Google Analytics (anonymized data, after consent). We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription and 3 years after termination. Invoicing data is kept for 7 years per Belgian legal requirements. Analytics data is anonymized and kept for 14 months.
